Our Monthly Lecture Series presents experts in a diverse range of fields to address topics geared to delight, entertain and educate us about the mysteries of ancestral cultures of the East Mountains and surrounding areas. Join us for our 2011/12 lineup of informative lectures (accompanied with refreshments) and witness for yourself why this program has become so popular. The lectures are held throughout the fall, winter and spring seasons. (Our lecture series "takes a vacation" during the months of July, August and December!--Sometimes weather keeps us away in January, too.)
Join us: The second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Where: The Sandia Ranger District Station on Hwy 337 (the old South 14) (approximately 1/2 mile south of the traffic light in Tijeras, New Mexico.
Lectures are presented without charge to members. Non-members are asked to make a $5 at the door. These donations are used for the development and implementation of interactive exhibits and educational programs at the new Interpretive Center. Please join us!
